3. Payment Method
We accept payment by Cash on Delivery.
The full order amount must be paid directly to the courier when the parcel is delivered.
No online card payment is required when placing an order on our website.
Customers are responsible for having the required payment amount available at the time of delivery.
4. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Eligible returns are free of charge.

Repeatedly refusing or failing to collect Cash on Delivery parcels may result in future orders being rejected or requiring additional confirmation.
