At Livorixa, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible returns are free of charge.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and undamaged;
- Be unopened and have its original protective seal intact;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include all labels, instructions, accessories, and components;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt;
- Have been stored in accordance with the instructions displayed on the packaging.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, food supplements or other sealed products may not be eligible for return once they have been opened or unsealed, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return request, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order at:

3. Return Shipping
Eligible returns are free of charge.

- Arrange for a courier to collect the parcel;
- Provide a prepaid return label;
- Provide another approved return method.
The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.
We may refuse a return if the product is damaged because it was packed improperly after delivery.
4. Inspection of Returned Products
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
A return may be rejected if:
- The return request was made after the 14-day period;
- The product has been opened, unsealed, used, or consumed;
- The product is damaged or incomplete;
- The original packaging is missing;
- The product has been stored improperly;

This does not affect your legal rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
5. Refund Process
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned product.
Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds may be issued by:
- Bank transfer;
- Another refund method agreed upon with the customer.
You may be asked to provide valid bank account details to receive the refund.
Refunds will normally be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping for orders delivered within Romania is free.
Eligible return shipping requested within the 14-day return period is also free.
No standard shipping fee will be deducted from an approved refund where the original order qualified for free delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following products may not be eligible for return:
- Products returned after the 14-day return period;
- Products that have been opened or unsealed;
- Used or partially consumed products;
- Products damaged after delivery;
- Products missing their original packaging, labels, or components;
- Products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons;
- Products that have been stored contrary to the storage instructions;
- Gift cards or digital products, if offered.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

9. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
To receive a different product, you must return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Cash on Delivery Orders
Customers should only place an order if they intend to receive and pay for the parcel.
Repeatedly refusing or failing to collect Cash on Delivery orders may result in additional order verification or the rejection of future orders.
This provision does not limit the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal after receiving an eligible product.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may instead request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.
12. Consumer Rights
This Return and Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory rights provided to consumers under Romanian or European Union law.
Where applicable, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable conditions and legal exceptions.
